Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide! You should receive your order in 3-5 business days domestic (within Canada & US) or 7-10 business days internationally. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please be aware that the arrival times are estimates and starts from the time your order has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update on the postal carrier's website.
If you are ordering from the US or internationally, there may be delays due to customs which we have no control over. We are not responsible for any additional duties and fees you may incur with your shipment. Once delivered, please make sure to secure your package. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and will not be providing returns if this occurs.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will complete a refund within 30 days of your purchase if the product has not been opened, damaged or used. We require proof of purchase to authorize the return or exchange.
To return your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org subject "Refund" and we will provide you with a return address. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will notify you via email either the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not applicable in our refund policy.
To exchange your damaged product, please email us at email@example.com subject "Exchange" and attach a photo of the product as it arrived. Exchange shipping is covered by us and we will provide you with a shipping label.
